Social Work

Navigating the complexities of the health care system can be a daunting task. That’s why our licensed social workers work closely with our patients to guide their health care journey and give them the knowledge and understanding to achieve the best health care outcomes.

Our social workers partner with each patient to assist in the following areas:

• Work with patients and our on-site insurance navigator to obtain available public health services and insurance coverage
• Assist in locating and securing additional health care benefits
• Coordinate after-care treatment
• Counsel patients and their family members
• Advocate for patients to resolve any problems, crises, or impediments to care

Our social workers work day and night making sure the best interests of our patients are always being met.
